In North Shore Power form, artist Nathan Gibbs merges the raw strength of a charging bull with the iconic imagery of Hawaii’s legendary surf culture. Centered around the island of Oahu and the coordinates of Pipeline, this bold, energetic piece features powerful symbols: the towering wave, the classic Greg Noll, longboard, and figures paying homage to big wave pioneers. Layered with tropical hues and vintage texture, the work captures the intensity, danger, and tradition of Hawaiian surf heritage. The original is owned by the Noll family.

Some are often real, while others are made up from my mind.
