Return Policy

I am so confident you’ll love my art prints in your home, I offer FREE returns on all print orders. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the art, use the enclosed return label and ship it back in its original packaging in original condition, for a full refund. I will be a little sad, but I’ll get over it and sell it to someone else! 

For original art, I offer full credit towards the purchase of another piece. You just pay to return it to me if you’re not satisfied and whatever you paid for it the original art, (minus taxes and original shipping) you’ll get that much credit towards another original piece. Sorry no cash back, but also no restocking fees like many galleries and artists charge. This return policy is good for life. So it can be 2 months or three years! Redecorate? No problem. Just send it back and get a fresh look in another style. I am basically guaranteeing the value of my art for life! 

I offer a free lifetime trade in on all original art only. If at anytime in the future you see something you like better, want a different size etc, return it to me in new condition and receive full credit of what you paid (minus taxes and original shipping) towards any other original in my collection. Sorry no refunds on the balance if a lesser priced work is chosen.

We can not accept returns for money back on prints or giclees of any kind since these are made to order. However if there is damage to your product when it arrives, we will make it right. Contact orders@spiritprinting.com
